You may use the Services only if you are 13 years or older and have the legal authority to accept these Terms. You are responsible for your activity on the app and any content you upload.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of images, captions, and voice notes you upload. By using the app, you grant us a license to process your content for the purpose of generating and delivering personalized doses.

3. AI-Generated Content

The content we generate is produced by AI models and may not always reflect reality. You understand and agree that results may vary, and some output may include unexpected or inaccurate elements.

4. Prohibited Behavior

• Do not upload offensive, explicit, or harmful content
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the app
• Do not use AI Daily Dose for unlawful purposes

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features are available only through a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed via the app store (Apple or Google), and we do not offer direct refunds. Trials and billing details are shown in-app.

6. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process your request promptly.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. We reserve the right to remove content or deactivate accounts as needed to maintain the safety and integrity of the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
