Terms of Service - AI Daily Dose

Welcome to AI Daily Dose. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our app, services, and website (“Services”). By using AI Daily Dose, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You must be at least 13 years old and have authority to accept these Terms.
You are responsible for your account and for any content you upload or share.
Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

2. User Content & License

You retain ownership of images, captions, and voice notes you upload (“User Content”).
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display User Content to operate the Services (e.g., generate and deliver daily “doses”).
You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and share User Content with your invited group.

3. AI-Generated Content

Results are produced by AI models and may be imperfect or unexpected.
We do not guarantee that generated content will meet your expectations or be error-free.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Do not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
Do not attempt to abuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Services.
Do not infringe others’ rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features require a purchase (e.g., 7-Day Pass) or an auto-renewing subscription (Monthly or Yearly).
Purchases are processed by the app store (Google Play / Apple App Store). We do not collect full card details.
Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Manage or cancel in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions or App Store > Subscriptions.
Trials and pricing are shown in-app and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by the respective app store.

6. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Deleting your account does not cancel app-store subscriptions; manage those in Google Play or the App Store.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
We may remove content or disable features to protect users and the platform.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or website. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
