AI Daily Dose (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile and web app.

1. What We Collect

• Email address (for authentication and communication)
• Biometric Authentication (Face ID / Touch ID): We may use your device's built-in biometric authentication (Face ID or Touch ID) to let you log in faster. Your biometric data is never collected, stored, or transmitted by AI Daily Dose. Authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system (iOS or Android). We only receive a “success” or “failure” signal — never your face or fingerprint data.
• Uploaded images and voice notes
• Microphone (Audio Recording): We only access the microphone when you choose to record a voice note. Recording is optional and never happens without your action. You can decline microphone permission and the app will still work (voice notes will be disabled). We do not sell personal data and audio is transmitted securely.
• Generated AI content associated with your uploads
• Preferences such as favorite styles and votes
• Device tokens (for push notifications)
• App usage data (e.g., dose views, streaks, missed days)
• Payments: Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing / App Store. We receive transaction identifiers, not full card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Deliver personalized AI-generated images (“doses”)
• Send daily reminders and notifications
• Track activity and engagement (e.g., streaks)
• Improve app experience and recommendations

3. Third-Party Services

• Supabase for database, storage, and authentication
• OpenAI and Google for image generation
• Cloudflare for hosting and CDN

These providers may process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

4. Your Rights

• Access your data
• Request account deletion
• Download your content (coming soon)

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, associated content is removed from public access and permanently deleted from our systems shortly thereafter, except where retention is required by law (e.g., transaction records).

We do not retain any biometric (Face ID / Touch ID) data. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data using secure storage, encryption, and access controls through our service providers.

7. Children’s Privacy

AI Daily Dose is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via the app. Please review it periodically.
